Categorize the chaos and work to alleviate key pain points.
Our sign-up Q+A will inform us of where you are in your business. You'll then vote on our second teaching topic.
Format:
30 min sip, snack and chat
30 min self reflection
1 hr lesson: "categorize the chaos"
1 hr lesson: Student's choice
1 hr Q+A
Bonus: Sign-up for one of three shoot along days. This is your oppourtunity to shoot with Madie + Brooke in a smaller setting.

Brooke is a full-time photographer and photography educator from Canada. She started Stay Close back in 2018 in order to encourage community across a competitive industry. Today, she specializes in weddings, portraits and brand photography. Her career has often fuelled her passion for adventure. She's photographed everything from whale watching companies in Iceland to weddings overseas. She loves to capture intentional moments that appear effortless. When she's not working, you'll most likely find her baking, petting a dog, hiking or working on another house project.

Madie is a self proclaimed hype woman, professional third wheel and photographer serving southern Manitoba and beyond. She has had creativity running through her since she can remember. It helps her connect with people, express her heart, and be the free spirited human that she is! She lives in a little blue house in Morden with the love of her life, a big fluffy white dog, and Callum - the cutest baby boy you’ll ever see! She is originally from North Dakota until she swiped right, fell in love and moved to Canada to plant her roots. She fell in love with photography and everything that it involves. Storytelling, capturing emotion, connecting with people from all walks of life and EVERYTHING in between.

Claire has been the passionate dreamer, ceo/ founder, and lead photographer for Doxa photography for 5 years! Her artistry has brought her around the world, photographing the magic of love stories in all forms. She day dreams in slow motion, and watches life as though it's an old time movie- in rose coloured glasses some may say. She wildly adores the way the sea air feels against her skin, the way her children embrace her, the smell of lilacs budding in her garden in spring. Cooking, ceramics, friendship, family, and nature- bring her much joy! Claire is joyful, silly, wise, and kind- which makes her teaching style approachable and relational.

What skill level is this workshop for?
Everyone is welcome! However, we will not be teaching any camera basics at this event. We recommend that you have a general understanding of how to operate your camera prior to attending this event. Prior to the first workshop date you will receive a Q+A so that we can gauge where you are at in your business.

Do you offer payment plans?
We are so glad you asked! Absolutely, we offer payment plans. We understand that photography education is a big investment! For some it may be easier to invest smaller amounts monthly. If you choose to use a payment plan your workshop cost will be divided into 6 monthly payments. Your first payment will be due the day you register. Payments will be $300/month*
*If you signed up on March 15th through our waitlist your monthly payments will be $250/month.

FAQ
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY?
Your ticket is non-refundable once purchased. However, we understand life happens! If you get written permission from Madie + Brooke you may sell your three day ticket” to another photographer. It would be your personal responsibility to find another photographer. You CAN NOT sell a portion of this workshop (ie. one day).

HOW MANY TICKETS ARE BEING SOLD?
We are currently selling TWELVE tickets to the complete workshop! Based on popularity, we are considering launching additional tickets for two of the styled shoots at this workshop. We will be reserving the teaching, Q+A, and community building portion for those who attend the full workshop.
